Douglas and Sally Blanc founded Laborers Together in 1992 to be the cross-cultural arm of their pastoral ministry. ​

• Doug & Sally Blanc were married in 1980.
• In 1986, the couple relocated to Dallas, TX from Upstate NY to begin preparing for a lifetime of Christian  ministry.
• The Blancs have served pastorates in Texas, North Carolina, Indiana, and New York.
• They founded Laborers Together as a 501(c)(3) non-profit mission organization in 1992.
• Laborers Together is the cross-cultural arm of their pastoral ministry.
• The Blancs have 6 children and 6 grandchildren and make their home in Gloversville, NY.
